Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Overview

Finora offers subscription-based access to premium features. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. We want to be transparent and fair — if you have any issues, please contact us at hello@get-finora.com before requesting a refund, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Subscription Plans

  • Finora Pro Monthly: ₹299/month — billed every 30 days
  • Finora Pro Annual: ₹2,499/year — billed once per year (~₹208/month)
  • Free Trial: 7 days free on first subscription. No charge if cancelled before the trial ends.

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay (web) or the respective app store (iOS/Android).

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically and the first payment is charged at the end of the trial.

Free trial refunds: If you were accidentally charged during a trial period due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Finora subscription at any time:

  • In-app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Via email: hello@get-finora.com (include your registered email address)
  • iOS/Android purchases: Manage directly via the App Store or Google Play subscription settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to Pro features until that date. Your account then reverts to the free tier automatically.

Refund Eligibility

As a digital subscription service, Finora generally does not offer refunds for:

  • Partially used subscription periods (monthly or annual)
  • Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Unused time remaining after cancellation

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Charge after cancellation: You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription.
  • Service unavailability: Finora was inaccessible or non-functional for more than 5 consecutive days in a billing period due to issues on our end.
  • Trial billing error: You were charged during your free trial period.
  • Annual plan within 7 days: For annual subscriptions only, if you request a refund within 7 days of your first annual payment and have not made extensive use of the service, we will consider a full refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@get-finora.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Payment reference ID (from your receipt or bank statement)

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • Credit/Debit card: 5–7 business days (varies by bank)
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • App Store (iOS): Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support directly for App Store purchases.
  • Google Play (Android): Refunds are handled by Google. Request via the Google Play Help Center for Play Store purchases.

We will send a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. If you do not receive the refund within the stated period, contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we may be unable to process a voluntary refund and your account may be suspended during the dispute. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
